Clinical:
The CVG clinical team offers consultation to cardiology patients in the
context of an outpatient clinic, inpatient ward, cardiac intensive care unit
(CICU), and pre-operative settings. Within the context of congenital
disease, the patient population served spans the life cycle from prenatal
to newborn, pediatric, adolescent and adults. The team also serves as a
resource to regional and national care providers and organizations.
Research:
The CVG team functions in multiple collaborative investigations directed
toward understanding the role of genetics in the development of congenital
cardiovascular disease. The team includes both core members and
collaborators.
